DM Roads have won a road and footpath Infrastructure Condition Assessment contract with Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT).

We will perform condition assessments of the road and footpath infrastructure for 17 cemeteries across greater metropolitan Melbourne in order to accurately update the existing inventory and associated condition data.

Based on the asset condition assessment, DM Roads will develop a long-term asset renewal program for each cemetery.

DM Roads asset management team and Western Region Maintenance contract (MRAMS) team in Victoria will combine to deliver the project over the next two months.

We will utilise our ISO 55001 accredited asset management system and in-house Asset Management Information System (AMIS) to perform rapid assessment of network condition via the Hotkey Marker System, capturing network video imagery and voice recording for assessment of condition as part of post processing.
