Western Area Metropolitan Road Assets Maintenance Contract (MRAMS) in partnership with Latrobe Valley Enterprises (LVE) and MRAMS Contract Manager, Martin Kinski have been nominated as finalists for the Social Traders Awards 2020.
Martin has been listed as a finalist for Social Procurement Champion of the Year. As an advocate for change and growth, Martin is evolving the way we think about social enterprise and social procurement. During his time at DM Roads, Martin has actively chased opportunities and led initiatives and training to inspire individuals within the business. This is a tremendous achievement and recognition of the work Martin does for DM Roads.
DM Roads with our partners at Latrobe Valley Enterprises have been nominated for Social Procurement Partnership of the Year. Since partnering in 2019, DM Roads and LVE have paved the way in delivering for the community and creating jobs for those living with a disability.
Social Traders have been creating employment opportunities for disadvantaged Australians since 2008. By linking Australian businesses and government buyers with social enterprises, Social Traders have created more than 700 jobs in the past two years.
