Our team at Baw Baw recently donated line marking to the Baw Baw Food Relief Centre.

DM Roads were alerted to a safety hazard located at the entrance of the Food Relief centre. The highly trafficked area posed a risk to members of both the public and the Food Relief centre who often used the entrance for loading and unloading their trucks.

DM Roads aided in cordoning off the area with line marking to create a loading zone for the volunteers to safely operate.

“Now that we have caution lines in place it means pedestrians are alerted to take care when leaving the Food Relief centre” said Jan Davidson, Coordinator for Baw Baw Food Relief.

In addition to this donation, Contract Manager Aydin Molokov has sought to extend the helping hand by setting up a Christmas collection at the depot. The collection gives all team members an opportunity to donate canned goods to the Food Relief centre which will help to feed less fortunate families over the Christmas period.

Food Relief is a not-for-profit organisation solely run on donations from the community. They provide food aid and support for families and individuals in need within the Baw Baw Shire.
